  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    the problem is that with the codecs I got, it doesn't matter if I call it .avi or .mpg, it still plays. but what is the right one.

    check out the klite pack, that has codecs for just about every file imaginable, youll need an Xvid codec

    VLC can't/won't play it? :confused: Snag the K-lite pack bro.

    One word of caution......It's going to install a version of media player "classic". When I try to run it, my Zone Alarm Pro says that it's trying to monitor shit. Keystrokes, and the like. Just be aware. ;)

    well, I quit my job today!

    I had my job interview 2 days ago. yesterday morning they gave me an offer. yesterday afternoon I gave them a counter offer.

    this morning they made a counter counter offer and this afternoon I emailed them and accepted.

    I gave my current employer 2 weeks notice and I start my new job on March 7th.
