    i'm looking at little 2 bedroom houses. must have a garage. for some reason people want to live in this area, so prices haven't come down like in most places.

    i need to find a woman with money and or a house :D

    the one near work i just learned about today. no minimum price for the auction was mentioned, natural gas heat. don't know if i can get inside to check it out.
    I'd like something with off street parking. and i'd like to stop paying the bills at this house.


    the car is MINE! payed it off in 2009. bought it in 2004. almost has 60,000 miles on it.
    HATE my insurance agent and company. and i don't want to have to pay $500 deductable for something that happened when i wasn't anywhere near the car.

    but during the work day, it's programmed to watch a door anyway.
