Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Panhandler's plea to passersby: Please help with a cigarette or a dollar, I'm trying to get back to New York.

    I didn't ask him how a fuckin' cigarette was gonna help him get back to New York, though I was tempted. There couldn't possibly be a rational explanation, and I've learned it's best not to interrogate panhandlers unless you like sliding down the slippery slope to Whackoville.

    Bonus sidenote: The guy happened to be sitting on the pedestrian bridge that leads into the New York, New York Hotel & Casino. Oh my. Took every once of restraint I possess not to make a smartass comment, but in the end I don't kick a man when he's down. Too easy, just ain't sporting.
