Oh yeah, Uncle Scribbles is dying to get back to posting.

Yeah, still got the winter blues but I'm keeping it bottled up inside. Lots of members here I feel like lashing out at if only in the spirit of meaness. Not good. Lately, little things have been getting on my nerves, but here and in the world at large. It'll pass.

 

nothing is wrong with you, its hard as hell to enjoy, most has no hooks and there a bitch to sing along to. if you dont really like the way the tune goes your get bored and off it.

for me, i love only a few, this being one of them. it is like rock to me. but then im simple. ive never ever head a symphony play live, but ive always wanted to, there is just something about a huge group of people all collaborating to make a single song that just amazes me to no end.

suffice to say, life is whatever you want it to be, or so im told, seems i want it to be a 150 yacht with two bi twins that have boundary issues, but instead its a 12X14 room with a freezing cold closet for me to to porn in

The yacht would be sweet, the cold closet not so much. How much longer are you on that project?

well when i started they said 6 months, im a bit faster at it than they expected and have outrun the design people so now they have me designing to a degree, which is fine i suppose but i have no idea what goes into a glass float furnace, so it sort of like a blind guy racing at nascar, I just change direction when i hear the metal scrape

i would like to say they may ask me to be a full time employee, but honestly ive sort of given up that hope as all i seem to have become is the person everyone wants to chat with. oh here is the funny guy from indiana, lets talk to him, and so my bosses see this and keep giving me the eye.
ive sent one or more off of late, just trying to get stuff done, but now im like, fuck it, ive outrun the design crew, im doing things twice as fast as they thought i would and im catching everyone else's mistakes, i dont want this job permanently, bunch of slackers.

the monastery is nice, its safe and quiet. the owner likes me so its comfy that way as well. im very blessed to have this opportunity,

I've done that, they don't appreciate it, which is to say they just don't get it.

 

so i was thinking of starting a thread to cayne about being able to lock my own threads so i could bring the game back, basically i would ask the members to post in the thread as a confirmation they would like it. but then some may not and i would have to face that as well.
whats you thought, do you think it would be worth the while or just a waste?

its come to be the time again that i spend my hours in sleep
the nightmares will envolop me and i will wake shaking in a cold sweat, ill try and tell myself it was just a dream but that wont matter, then once agiain ill find myself sitting on the side of the bed, my wet hair falling trough my fingers as my face rests in my palms.
ill try and get the images out of my head, the thoughts that come with them are now automatic, they plague me with there realism.
the same dream, the same thoughts, the same memories. and tomarrow, ill remember none of this, not one bit as i go through my day, then come the hour of 9pm all of it will come crashing back to me, all my memories. all my sins, my evil deeds.

you see for so very long it was my duty, it was what i had to do, to be here now, forever, i had to. It was a favor to god, to mankind as a whole, and for this job, i was given the gift i have now. but i struggle balancing it with the pure fear that i feel every night. They said to me before i took the job that i would have terror dreams, they would be mine to endure, there was nothing they could do, it was beyond there control, it was the dark side of the business if you will. they told me this would happen, that i would get to live my day, but at night, at 9pm, the memories and thoughts would crash back to me and i would have to live with them for the rest of my life
an eternity.

would you take the job if you had a choice, it was only 9 years long. thats the contract, they work in 9's everything is in 9's. nine dead, nine souls in 9 hours. it was easy work, becouse the dreams dont start until the end of your 9th year. and when you have the first one, they know. they can tell in your eyes that youve had it, they only allow you 9 more days. and then. your done

and they leave you as they promised. with the raw terror that is the dreams, with the memories. with the pain that is my life now
here in my room protected from anything evil in the basement of the monastery, i will slumber. or try to.
