    no butcher chop here.. that is not legal in this stupid country... there used to be a couple of those around here a amount of years ago, but they had to close shop because of all the regulations the government made up.

    well the building where the animals are cut to pieces can't be the same one that customers come to, every animal have to be examined by a vet after the cut-up. and so on and on... and all the paperwork and permits, both for the slaughterhouse, and the shop... there must be a different slaughterhouse for each type of animal... you can't cut up a rabbit with the same tools that were used to cut up a cow for example!
