    I cooked yesterday....has 18 eggs that needed to be used, so I made onion, cheese, bell pepper, and ham omelet casserole....enough for about 8 to 10 meals, along with cheese grits. (grits is made from white corn meal and is generally a Southern USA dish). I generally cook in bulk to reduce kitchen clean up chores...:lol:

    I have always done the major cooking........I like it, but cannot imagine having to do it three times a day like the typical stay at home housewife with a family! :shock:
