Hopefully if you take it easy today you won't be too sore tomorrow and for work next week

 

Last week my mom went thru her back so i gave her my last thermacare (they are sold in sets of 2)

 

Hi cold. A good, and very easy way to help your back when it goes out is a heating pad -- and the following: Lay on the floor flat on your back. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold it there for a minute with your hands. Then do the same thing with the other knee. Then do it with both knees at the same time. I've done this when my back was out while laying on a heating pad on the floor and it works and doesn't stress out the back.

It actually feels good when your back is out. (I did not make this exercise up. I "stole" it from a doctor.)

 

I'm so glad I have had very few issues with any back problems

 

My dad had a bad back and it runs in my family. With all my lifting I try to keep my back stretched the right way every day.

 

Before i didn't have any problems at all

 

I think it came because i was lifting a heater by myself while i should have had help

 

I bet that was it Cold

 

You may have damaged it slightly. You need to have more "back awareness" and keep it stretched and strong from now on. And no more lifting heaters!
