    I make a kick-ass curry. I roast sliced chicken breast in honey with fresh garlic. Then I add sliced scallions and pineapple and let it simmer for a while. Then I add three to four tea spoons of curry powder and let it roast some more.
    Then I add a cup of sweet cream, some cream cheese and pineapple juice and let it all simmer until it gets thick and creamy. :yumyum:
