Hmmmmm thats not too bad try getting a couple of hours sleep just before you start and once you get home try to sleep ASAP and on your days off just live life normally...I actually found out I was more of a night person and slept better during the day

 

That is how it is going now. Though I am still staying up all night on my days up.

 

If it works for you then its all good most of my friends had normal jobs so only time Icould see them was on weekends during the day

Nor did I at the end but that probably had a lot to do with my splitting with my missus as well :2cent: because she didn't want to change and couldn't understand why I wasn't so frisky and allways tired
