Shitty. They cut open half of my gums and I'm sick at home for a week now. (Which isn't so bad actually if it wasn't for the pain!)

Wow, it was that bad. How long have you had the pain?

And on the plus side you get a week off!

 

The pain started yesterday but I woke up with a fat cheek this morning and decided I better have it checked out. Oh, I also got some prescription pain killers.

 

You did huh.

 

Yes. And antibiotics. Nom!

 

Now I'm picturing you nom'ing down pills.

 

I had a tooth taken out...similar to you had a hole in it that led straight to the nerve and had the choice of having it removed $180 or roor remedial therapy $1500+ and they may not be successful whereby I'd have to have it removed. I chose the first option

I need to go for a check up too, I keep putting it off.

 

Its like when people see me in my work clothes and ask if i'm a tow truck driver I tell them no *shows teeth* I still have all my front teeth
I work for a Crash Repairs that also has 14 Tow Trucks

 

I had to get a root canal done a couple of years ago so I could get a crown. It ended up costing me around $1500 for that and a crown. :?

It was 3 hours of hell too :|

 

The inflamation had moved from the root of the tooth in to my cheek. I have to go back for drainage for three days.

 

Oh, and my health insurance pays for it all.

 

I had one done two years ago I think, was pretty expensive and tiresome!

 

Doesn't cover it here.

 

Have at least a yearly visit although I did skip it for 22 years and only went because the pain got to be too much
