Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Retired! Yes indeed! So far, it is rather nice, but the fiscal realities have not set in just yet. I plan on starting on Monday painting the condo and replacing various small stuff like light fixtures. Then I will have the carpet replaced and the entrance/kitchen tile floors......then it will be "For Sale."

    I like to cook stuff that I can do in bulk and have on hand for quick meals. This morning I blended/chopped 18 eggs, two green bell peppers, one large sweet onion, two large tomatoes, a dash of garlic with hot peppers......then baked in a large electric fry pan with cover. When done, I cut them into small squares that will go on thin whole wheat buns with a sausage patty and extra sharp cheddar cheese. The buns will be pre-coated with a hot pepper gel I make. Yum! Quick and easy.
