    i used to eat Louisiana HS, it's good, then I found http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tapatío_hot_sauce on a trip out in Ghila Bend, Az. at a little place called Sofia's. Been using it ever since. I like it better than tabasco or louisiana. havent had Frank's I dont think.

    I will look into that too! :D .......I like to mix my hot sauces with a thickening additive......that makes it easier to put on sandwiches.....it does not run out!

    I will keep that in mind........I like doing stuff like that and figuring out how, etc. Except for the GTGO"S sig I am using now, I make my own also....
