    You deal with it......along with the sight and hearing challenges, and of course, the physical limitations. But what are your alternatives? suicide? No thanks.....I will squeeze out as much fun as I can and not worry about what I used to be able to do......concentrate on what I still can do, like ride my Harley 10 hours a day! :p

    Use it once.....felt like a stuck a blow torch in my mouth....have not touch it since.....the stuff I tasted was ridiculous! Like eating raw habanero....No thanks.

    Garlic is a wonderful thing. I usually use about 4Xs what a recipe calls for. The chinese mustard is great too, goes on the pork egg foo yung.

    Good and easy dinner.
    1 box of zattarans black beans and rice, a 1lb hillshire farms spicy pepper sausage, 1/2 head of garlic, 4 drops of widowmaker hotsauce, 1 bottle of tapatio hot sauce.

    Make the R&B like the box says but add the 4 drops of widowmaker to the water (any more than 4 you cant taste the flavor just the hot). Hammer up the garlic after you skin it and pitch it in the pot. Same time slice the sausage and slap it in the convection oven @ 400 for 20 minutes (gets the grease out in slow cooking but doesnt burn it. R&B cook time is 25 minutes on lowlow so you have 5 minutes to dump the sausage on paper towels to get the grease off, dump the sausage in the pot, grab the tapatio and beer and get back to phunnin :D

    Last May I cut out all sugar and simple carbs, then cut my portions over about four weeks to about half what I was eating.....lost 40 pounds and have 70 to go.
