Ok, so, not a lot we can do. most all of the things you have installed provide security risks. All the torrent software are open doors to invade your system. You have a couple of optimizers, and ccleaner is a phone home app. The distributed backup Dell sent with your system explains a couple more network questions I had last night. The yahoo stuff is totally network based and you have no control over it whatsoever. You can remove it, but it's always run by yahoo itself. Basically, there are a couple things we shut off last night that need to be turned back on, then one more thing I can do to try to get the missing files back, and we're done.
