Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Things get really strange when you don't sleep.

    Not sure if I have insomnia myself but sometimes I miss a night, I lay down in my bed but the brain won't shut down. The next day I look like shit and feel kinda weird...

    Prolonged sleep deprivation can cause psychotic episodes.

    As I've gotten older I'm more able to shut my mind down. (drugs help too) ;)

    I learned some techniques too. Like meditating or focussing on relaxing thoughts.

    I don't suffer I just don't sleep some nights. Others I seep up to 11 hors taht makes up for it I guess. ;)

    It comes & goes with me, this week has been rough I've only been able to sleep a few hrs at a time.

    I've have times when I just can't get to sleep, and my mind races over a million things, it's absolutely awful; even if you do end up sleeping it isn't really restful.
    I haven't really been able to focus that strongly to be able to get past it yet, but thankfully it doesn't happen that often.
