    Ok, all we have to do is find a hair blowing Hayden pic and I can do the mask and wind stroke pretty easy. Then it's just a cement wall texture overlay with a stroke set on hardlight to finish it off over whatever background you want.

    How many layers of white masks is that? A very cool. How long did you work with her right arm before you stuck in the white definition line?
    Did you write a script to auto include the effects on each layer or do it by hand?

    Only idea I can thisk of to do different is maybe to continue the swirly star brush layers in greatly scaled up on your background. Still, you might have already tried it and it didnt work. Either way, this is a really good hi effort piece.
