  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Lately images hosted on imagebam take about 15 sec to load ... it's only on imagebam, others go as fast as before.

    Something to do with firefox? Need some adjustments?

    ... or just see a doctor for myself? :p

    It works just as normal for me. Haven slows my pc down though but its no big deal. I just look at something else until the icon goes green.

    Thanks, probably some add-onn in firefox or maybe my internet security.

    Will keep the morning paper next to me to pass time in between. ;)

    I use FF too, and have not had any problems, though I must admit that when I open pics from imagebam, they do have one pop-up add...which is probably what your FF security is treating while you wait:2cent:

    you can disallow popup and web trackers for bam ok, but haven is another story. I have to allow them a cookie a day, and allow a webtracker and a script from adultfinder. Then sometimes I have to wait 4 seconds. None of which I'm going to allow. If I notice any bam problems I'll let you know here.

    try updating your adblock+ theres a new list out yesterday or day before. (depends on which u subscribe to of course)

    theres a new noscript, downloadhelper, and taco out today.
