    You have to go VERY slow and VERY even before you speed up up. If you you speed up and it gets messy, go back to VERY slow. (I know. It's a pain to have to play slow for so long. But you'll get there -- it just takes time.) Here is the rule: You get good at whatever you practice. If you practice sloppy, you get good at sloppy.

    Usher seemed pretty annoyed on Larry King Live. They had Usher, Liza, Marlon Brando's kid, Deepak Chopra, and his former lawyer on and they were talking about his addiction to pain meds and stuff. Usher was like, we should be celebrating his like and not talking about all the negative stuff. Liza was like, It's going to be bad when the tox reports come out so let's talk about his music and how good of a person he was now until then.
