    Unfortunately it's hard to tell on Taylor, opo. Being it's a LQ image blown up so there's not a lot of detail - what looks to be a puffy nipple, may just be one of those "petals" nipple shields, as it appears to have the flower shaped border.

    What technique, C-through? Paint shop pro and his imagination? He's not doing anything but painting on nipples. Probably has a whole collection of the things saved in case he needs one.
