im all fucked up from sports. but i still play as often as possible

 

Pretty lengthy huh?

Many times, when I throw it out I go to one. I also get water from inflammation around my lower back so I have take some kind of pills for that when it happens. Doesn't happen often thank God because i'm very conscious about how I do things. Every now and then I just do something stupid.

 

LOL - I know, you've posted about it several times. I pretty much gave "active" sports up. I golf obviously and throw the ball around with my kids but nothing competitive anymore.

 

So they can't figure out what can help make it better?

i still have about 15 games left. we are in the series finals also + tournaments + practise games + all practice 2 - 5 times a week.

now i cant put my knee on the ground hurts like hell. but no problems walking or playing. weird eh..

 

I'll eventually have to have surgery but i'm putting it off as long as possible. They say the surgery doesn't always "hold" and the vertabra can turn itself back because the muscle tissue isn't strong enough to hold it. If that happens you have to have more surgeries to correct that. So I opted to wait till I couldn't deal with it anymore.

Yep, and once this topic is cleared it'll only be a matter of time before something else pops up.

 

It is possible to have a bruised bone, sounds like that's what you've done to your knee cap.

Maybe so. I cracked 3 ribs and had several vertabra knocked out of alignment. Because it takes so long for ribs to heal I had to wait about getting my back where it needed to be. I'm suffering from it now.

 

It's all well and good ignoring it, but it's all over the place.

Ruining my phun-buzz. Fucking with my phun-chi. :sad:

 

Oh, it is. I just won't be doing any of it.
