    I have said it before: I'm a movie snob. I'm highly critical of most movies, and dislike most of what I see. I feel justified, based on the cost these days. Hell.....I feel justified based on what it costs to make a movie....why spend several million on crap?

    Because one persons crap is a tween's dream. :wink:

    I totally understand why illegal downloads are costing the industry money; i just don't care. And, point of fact, it's a well known, but barely mentioned, fact that the vast majority of downloaders are also the people who buy the vast majority of DVD's.

    But i'm not going to shell out 6 quid to watch a film that i'm not 100% sure i'm going to enjoy. If in doubt, download. Unless it's a `big-screen` movie, then several other factors come into play.

    However, should i DL and love a movie, away to the DVD store with me.

    I'm make no bones about it; i'm a criminal. But so are, quite literally, millions of other people.

    Same. We get into about 1/3 of the movies we see for free (yay Airmiles), so I don't mind seeing the odd shitty flick. I regularly download/preview movies, and, as you said, I always buy the DVD's I like. Having a massive DVD library is a good thing.
