    no, it is not composed properly. Not all of us are cinematographers. and celebs are no different. If you are into the amateur stuff with lousy camera angles and shaky handholds then it is fine. But it won't compare to production stuff is what i mean.

    i hit up a few of the places that was on that show as well considering guy is from my bay area. But that man vs food guy striked out on all 3 of the places he said was good i found rather disgusting.

    the stuff he said was good. you know what i do is i go on yelp and just look at the highest rated places, that to be honest has been almost spot on when they say things are good it is usually so. You gotta remember it is not just the best food they are showcasing but the most unique, and sometimes a place that is unique because they make a 17 inch long burrito doesn't mean they make good burritos. ;)
