    In the band's original incarnation, they had a guy who just wrote the lyrics. He did not play an instrument. (Pete Sinfield) That song is from their 1st album.

    I know Simple Plan. Definitely a better name than The Plan.

    What I've learned is that if you love a name you want to call your band, there's always another band with the same name. Never fails.

    The guys I record with are called Third Witness. When I was trying to set up a Web site (we are NOT on the Web now), I found another band with the same name in Texas. Nothing you can do about it.
