    I'm doing great. I made a big decision biz wise that I'm proud of. So, I'm letting myself chill a bit. Rented a movie. Ironman, seen it? 'bout to press play...

    Oh, and I worked out way early today. Since my back is all good now, I'm pushing myself hard again. Have to catch back up and tighten myself up a bit more! I ran at 6am on the trail... and then I did my plyometrics and resistance training right after. So I'm all set!

    I can't exactly use that 'threat' on my friends, cause, ya know...most of em are guys :p

    That's awesome on the business decision :) You should pm the details sometime, would love to hear about it (if you want to of course :p) I have seen Ironman, it's a fun movie with a lot of great humor thrown into it. I think you'll like it :)

    That takes so much discipline to get up and run that early...the only time I'm ever up at 6 or earlier is to get up for work. I can be such a cranky s.o.b sometimes when it's that early :p

    I'm doing good though, I have tomorrow off so my goal is to spend the entire day working on some art projects.

    When it comes to working out early, there are days that are easier than others... but it feels sooooo good to me, the fresh air, my rapid breath, the sweating, my muscles coming alive... I just think of that on the hard mornings. Sometimes I don't say a word, I just silently get up, get dressed, get in my car, drive to the trail, get out, stretch and then... RUN. By the time I get back, I'm a new woman with a new outlook... even if I started off grumpy. But if I don't get to it in the morn, I just do it whenever I can that day... my schedule varies.


    Okay, the movie is calling... have a great night!

    You are right E. The adrenalin-kick from morning running is just the best way to start the day. All that energy you use for running comes threefold back - it amazing. The only thing that beats it is morning sex! That comes more than threefold back (an hopefully she comes more than threefold too...)

    running in 25 degrees? Oh, I'm not that hardcore. Hell no!

    It really is... although I'm pretty new to running, so honestly, I suck at it. I was getting better, and then had that back issue... so was set back(pun intended). However, now I'm flying forward happily and striving towards my physical goals again. Feels great.

    I love morning sex!!! Didn't get any of that this morn.. bummer. I would've enjoyed a hard cock bringing me to orgasm (more than threefold) immensely.

    I like the snow and cold, but not sure about running in it. However, on second thought, with the right thermal gear and proper warm up, it probably feels really incredible. I love the stillness the cold offers.... combine that with the thud of your feet and the thump of your heart beating.... sounds enticing now.
