    Hold 'em is more about luck than you know. I live in Vegas, this shit's reported in the sports section every day.
    You guys would be surprised to learn how often those guys lose. They're all backed by people that get a cut of the action. They are personalities, just like celebs. They're not as awesome at the game as you might think, they've just been around the game longer.

    I believe luck is the biggest part of it. And I'm sure you know a whole hell of alot more than I do about, but I do like watching it. Unfortunately hold 'em is about all they show on TV here.

    What you see on the shows is more flash than substance. Don't get me wrong, those players are good, but they are not necessaily the best, just the flashieast. It's all entertainment.

    There's a bunch of casino execs here that have a weekly poker game with stakes just as high as in the big tournements, except they play at home. ;)
    I love that show. I still think James Cameron should do a Dark Angel movie. That was Jessica's best vehicle to date.
