    Never had crayfish and I'm not sure what exactly is considered cajun food. Gumbo(never had it) is I assume. I watched Bobby Flay cook some on an episode of Throwdown once.

    cajun is usually southern food. stuff you find in Louisiana and the Mississippi region. I love all kinds of food and being in the bay area with so many diverse cultures there is a restaurant catering to that theme everywhere. You should try it. Any cultural foods you like?

    i am not a huge seafood fan either, but i do love sushi and the tamale of crab, lobster, and crayfish are my favorite!

    well i am not a huge fan of poached fish and there isn't alot that i like. Tuna, salmon, mackerel, sea bass, halibut... wait i do like fish. :p
