So what you're saying is that because I'm old that I should be the bigger man here?? I'm not so old that I don't remember what what it felt like to have a devestaing crush on a celebrity. I feel that way every time I look at my little girl, everytime she says something that catches me by surprise with a new antic. But that's besides the point. I know the difference between reality and fiction. If your fantasies can't withstand a bit of pragmatic shrapnel every now and then, well hell, that's your problem, not mine. When did I ever ask you or anyone else to be gentle with my psyche? I speak from the heart.

I could not agree more Scribe. I feel the same way about my little girls. As far as the issue is concerned, it is quite normal for people to get all up in arms over something they passionate about, regardless of what it is. Its human nature. Bottom line is everyone has their opinion and there shouldnt be any issues with expressing that opinion. Whether it is a shared opinion or not.

 

I've been living in the same place for +3 years, so I guess th power company can come up with an average based on that. I have a gas furnace also, but las Vegas winters aren't all that taxing.

Pop stars just don't have any truck with me. Beauty is beauty. Talent is talent. One does not beget the other.

Not really trying to be gentle with your psyche and yes it's obvious that you speak from the heart - as you should. But, I just think it's beating a dead horse when speaking to someone that has their mind made up on a computer forum most of the time. I enjoy a healthy debate as much as the next person does, it's just that everytime one comes up here it turns out ugly - someone ends up getting their feelings hurt. So - after a while just agree to disagree and move on.

And hell yes, it's great to have a guardian.
