    no time to really marinade it just put some wine bbq sauce and a few spices and im gonna toss them on the grill in a few

    oh yeah nice man. that's going to be good too. I try to marinade mine for at least 12 hours in a nice wine teriyaki sauce.

    yeah i usually try to give it a good soaking but i wanted to eat them tonight, theyll be good though, good steaks so im not worried about them not being tender enough

    Marinate = The process of soaking your meat in a marinade.

    Thanks Ray im good, Sister in laws mums time was up i guess :(. Didnt know her all that well she was a nice lady though. Only thing thats really getting to me is my nephew is constantly asking me over the phone (its happened abroad) where his grandma is at and if i can go pick her up. (hes only 3 bless him) So that is kind of messing with my head.

    Got back from Scotland 300 miles now i need to drive my mother to the airport another 250 miles so i thought id have a bit of a rest download some easy listening for the way back. Feel like rolling a joint but mum is with me and i dont feel all that for it anyway! Thats it really
