saying on one hand anything depicting the immoral/illegal/offensive act of paedophilia is out of bounds on this site (and rightly so) and yet at the same time anything depicting bestiality or rape - acts which are ALSO immoral/illegal/offensive - should be alright because of user preference/fetish?

how does that reconcile? how is one right and not the other? on the above basis can't paedophiles then also claim their tastes are a personal pornographic preference? and as such should be respected?

of course not.. these are all illegal acts (in depiction AND in practise.. under both the common law and numerous legislation..) and therefore you cannot possibly claim that one has any more right to be presented here than the other.. ditto with acts such as necrophilia..

Let me simplify (or clarify) what I am arguing. Anything is fair game so long as it does NOT violate the law. That means FAKE rape can be depicted, but, REAL rape can NOT. The same goes for pedophilia, really, if you think about it. REAL pedophilia acts on video are not only immoral, but, obviously illegal, yet, the FAKE ones are ok. Look at little lupe and all these websites, while I don't really know what classifies a website as "Pedophilia" or even borderline pedophilia, it is safe to say that there are some serious pedophilac overtones. But, these websites are still fair game, because they are NOT real depictions. They are there just for fantasy purposes.

I argued morality because other people were arguing morality. People are saying RAPE is bad, well of course it is, I don't condone the act. But, "acting" it out is something totally different; for one, you are not breaking any laws! The girl obviously consented to it, therefore, it is NOT rape. The second point is I don't think these film makers set their goal out on creating a generation of rapists with these videos. A lot of us, whether or not, we'd like to admit it, have this urge to dominate, in bed, and in life, in general. What better outlet than to watch this fantasy played out before our eyes?

And before another person gets the wrong idea, I am not trying to start some sort of revolt against this forum. I think the mods are doing a great job and at the end of the day, it's their forum and their rules. They can ban porn in general and guess what, we have to live with it.
