    There was meant to be a flypast by the Red Arrows today to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of VJ day.

    We were here in Battersea Park for the London fly past, sadly low cloud cover cancelled the London, Edinburgh & Cardiff fly pasts, the only one that went ahead was Belfast.

    But here we are in Battersea Park.

    All done! Both he and his assistant were 'space-suited' up and he met me at the external door and squirted my hands with some gel. I put my mask on and he escorted me to his surgery room where my mask could be removed.
    The examination and refilling treatment (no drilling, thankfully) then was as usual, no problem.
    But I then had to replace my mask to go see the receptionist (in a glass cubicle) to make my next six-monthly checkup, the routine being now re-established.
    I received another squirt of gel in case someone else had handled the exit door handle in the meantime.
    I was just impressed by the slickness of it all!
