Why couldn't of I gone on holiday to Hungary and just happen to be in a Communal pool.

Spa day!.... Nope, sorry, that doesn't excite me lol. If you've seen me, you know I'm not exactly spa clientele, but I hope it's great for you and the sis.

I would like to sit here and look forward to tomorrows match against Thailand. It should be if not a formality atleast a simpler match than against Chile. But instead im sitting here and shake my head in disbelief. Ahead of the WC four statues were made and placed in various cities of the more prominent stars of the swedish female national teams. I will admit it wasnt the most appealing statues i have seen but the point is to sheer for our team and lift the sport for young girls around the country. Football isnt the most popular sport among girls in my country so it needs a boost. Today i found out that someone in the night of course had destroyed one of them and tossed it into a river nearby where it was placed. Police have no leads at the moment. I hope its just 15 year old drunk boys having a laugh. While that is bad too atleast there is a change to set them straight at such a young age. If not my question is what is it that scare you so much about women? I dont know i dont write this because i expect people to have answers to it i just needed to rant a bit, i mean shouldnt this be an event that unite people behind their teams and enjoy the highly skillful athletes for what they can do.

 

Sadly that sort of behaviour is not isolated & is rearing its ugly head across the World.

 

People are afraid of what they don't understand

 

Spa day done, I feel good and ready to fuck it up again with USA vs Chile (with a mixture of American & Chilean beers) on the big screen at 5!

Meanwhile

"The Italian Job" is being re-released on the Big screen 50 years after its Premiere.

Def want to see that! So then I will have seen that & "2001" and "The Great Escape" on the big screen, that leaves the "The Longest Day" to see.

Yesterday at the USA vs Chile game.
Chile were a mess in the First half and those 3 goals were easy, but not as easy as the Thailand Game, the second half was interesting and what a Goalie from Chile!!!
6 saves, no goals in the second half; (like the England Vs Argentina game, if Argentina had a team as good as goalie they could have easily got a win), which brings me to yesterday.

The USA supporters in the Stadium that were vocal (but duh its Football!!!) and I'm no Trump supporter, but chants of USA, USA, USA to me does not equal to TRUMP, TRUMP, TRUMP. I love the USA I spend many many happy months there and have a lot of American friends.

In the bar i was in yesterday watching the game, I told a guy to shut the fuck up, he booed whenever the USA got procession of the ball.
Nobody was doing anything so I walked over to him and told him "Shut the fuck up" he said, "What are you a Trump fan?".
I replied no and neither are they, a few people cheered me, I walked back and he stopped, at half time the bouncers/door men asked him to leave.

Finally

Still, haven't seen Chernobyl yet (loved "Good Omens") but not the final Season of Jessica Jones has dropped (hopefully its the last Netflix season of JJ)
now I've just got to find time to see it.

 

Haven't watched any of JJ3, but Chernobyl is excellent. The second episode will have you on the edge of your seat.

 

Unfortunately, it's bound to happen that any and all of us get associated with whomever is President(Ughhhh), but yeah I doubt that team is loaded with his supporters considering one of their star players takes a knee during the anthem in protest with universal support from her teammates and coach and we know what he thinks of those who do that(and women in general TBH).

Not sure if i have the stommach for the chernobyl series. Not in a mood for things that make me depressed at the moment.

 

Yeah, best to wait then. It is depressing but it's also a fascinating look at the way the soviet government denied everything for as long as they possibly could.

 

Strangely enough meat on a stick never occurred to me.

My Aunt was telling me at the time they were going to go on holiday to Norway that Summer and were worried about possible contamination carried by the wind across the Scandinavian, they ended up going to Ireland instead.

 

Yeah it came close to being a lot worse than what it was, and it was really bad.
