I've just done a bit of reading up on it, and I see that some Mead is available up to 50% stronger than typical grape wines, an alcohol content that certainly demands some respect!

That's entirely consistent with his view of what Brexit should mean, not the watered-down half-in/half-out obfuscation that remainer Theresa May concocted, but which hasn't appealed to anybody!

Its rare I talk politics on here, but...

I think Theresa May was the wrong person for the job, but then where was Boris?
Gove "stabbed him in the back", but he didn't have to back out of the leadership race
    .

Is Boris the man for the job?

Boris who had two articles ready for his Daily Telegraph column on the morning of the Brexit vote.
One for, one against the vote or last month in the Local Elections when he tweeted "Just been out to vote
    in the local elections",
when on that day London wasn't holding Local Elections or when he was a reporter
for a newspaper covering the EU and he was sacked for making up "Facts".

I won't go into his record as Foreign Secretary.

I voted Remain, whether that turns out to be the right decision, time will tell, just as those who voted for Brexit, time will tell.

But shortly it will cease to be theory and become practice, it will happen, whether it be good or bad, whether it takes years, decades or longer
to return to 2016 levels, it will no longer be some grey area, no longer will it be theory, it will be reality.

So for those that pushed the Brexit message if its a success, they can rejoice in they were right and Remain was wrong.
If it is a economic disaster, I hope they can also accept responsibility in the decisions they've made, as Truman had in a sign on his desk.
"The Buck Stops here", on October 31st I hope I'll never hear about 17.4m or 16.8m again, but the welfare of 65m...

On Trump commenting on Boris, I didn't agree with Obama saying the UK would be "At the back of the queue if they voted for Brexit".
But then i have a vague memory of it being revealed the then Tory leader Cameron in 2008 supported John McCain against Obama.
    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1576478/David-Cameron-backs-John-McCain-in-US-race.html

I hope Trump doesn't see this
    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/news/video-1235615/Boris-Johnson-Donald-Trump-mind.html
Boris Johnson saying "Donald Trump is clearly out of his mind", when as Mayor of London Boris Johnson said
Donald Trump's remarks betray a 'stupifying ignorance that make him unfit for the office of President'.

I won't be going out to see Trump, but i will be thinking of the 418,500 American's who died in WWII and the over 425,000 Allied
and German troops were killed, wounded or went missing during the D-Day Landings/Battle of Normandy.
Mead really has a taste of more, but as you're drinking it, you don't realise how strong it is.

Without getting into the politics, it seems as if Boris and Trump may be secret blood brothers? Both are clearly very capable and successful, but both seem to suffer from similar weird variants of Tourette's disease such that they persistently spout volumes of total crap, which neither of them appear to regret?

Incidentally, this proposed prosecution of Boris for allegedly lying (and consequently abusing his position) during the Brexit referendum, has serious implications for all future elections or referendums! It's a grand long-standing tradition of such events that politicians lie all the time about what they've done or promise to do, and nobody has ever before subsequently held them to account by any legal process! And it's interesting that prior to the Brexit Referendum, in a history of elections taking place blanketed in these clouds of lies and misrepresentations, the results never appeared to be questioned subsequently on the grounds that the electorate couldn't therefore know what they were voting for?

Clearly ignoring all political opinions, i think there will be many minor changes, most of wich will be hardly noticable by the public in large, and a few major changes that will be largely ignored by any and all media, and it will take several years to realize what the whole thing actually means...

Yes but I've given up wearing them in bed, they get tangled in the sheets when I get up in the morning & I nearly break my neck.
