It's not that it pisses us off, well it does. But it's against the spirit of what this place is about. People don't want to see that kind of stuff posted here.

With all due respect, mods, I don't know if it is these guys' intentions to piss you off with "dirty" porn. I thought porn, itself, was supposed to edgy, fresh, and yes, sometimes gross as fuck.

Don't get me wrong, I am in no way defending child pornography, for obvious reasons. It's illegal and morally just wrong. But beastiality, as over-the-top as it is, many people may get off this kind of stuff. The same can be said about rape too. I am not condoning rape itself, but, if it's simply acted out in a movie, then there really is no harm done.

It's a fetish, and we all have them, over different things. I don't have any statistics to back myself, but, I know off-hand 3 close friends of mine - 2 of them female - yes, 2 females, who actually get off to being play-raped. And trust me, these girls are psychologically healthy!

If we are going to ban rape/beastiality porn, we might as well ban foot fetish videos and most definitely anything along the likes of Max Hardcore (vomit anyone?).

My point is, as disturbing as it may be that people are posting certain material that we do not agree with, can't we just turn the other way? As long as there are warning labels plastered within topic titles with a [Animal Porn] or a [Rape Porn], is it not fair game?

We need to all keep an open mind that what gets you off, may not get me off and vice versa. And that is what I love about Phun, a wide variety means a happy community. I just want to make myself clear, that I do NOT condone the act of rape, itself, just the portrayal of it in a movie (must be consensual). The same goes for beastiality, as much, as it also gives me the creeps. Child pornography, again, is way out of the question.

I hope if someone posts child porn you will do more than ban them. I hope you report their ip address and any other pertinent information and give it to the proper authorities.

BTW, how does an animal give consent for someone to violate them in some way? If you say, "because I can tell they want it", I will throw up.

Also, you can't really compare animal porn, kid porn, and rape to a foot fetish. The acts of having sex with animal, kid, or unconsenting person are all illegal (in most states in the US). Even if the videos are all "consensual" in terms of rape, it is still the portrayal of an illegal act. Thus, these types of things tend to be discriminated against much more than someone who likes to look at sexual acts with feet, which is not illegal.

 

BRcook and Tbrown stated it well enough. Even if it is acted out as rape the idea that this board condones such illegal acts is unacceptable. This subject is not open to discussion so if i see it i will automatically just ban you. I am tired of seeing that shit on this board.

Fair enough.. If strict and specific guidelines are posted as to what can and can not be allowed, I think there's really no room for argument. Off hand, I believe sodomy is illegal to anyone under the age of 18, even if they are of age to consent to sexual activity.

At least that's how the law is worded up here in Canada...
